Seeing as they blocked me on Facebook. I might as well put it on here too... ONE YEAR LATER AND I am still UPSET. They did absolutely NOTHING to solve this. Should have been a full refund AT MINIMUM. Absolutely do not recommend this animal clinic. My dog passed away, made me come through the back door and before I could even say anything took out the credit card reader. No emotion, care for me or my pet. When I came to pick up the paw print, they said “they messed up”. Gave me an ink of her paw print and not the clay print that was requested. They do not care about your pet. They are there for the money and don’t care if they mess up. It’s the owner who can’t train their employees. Highly recommend to go anywhere else. Not my dog print. They clearly messed up and you’d think they would put

It only took me about 4 years but I’m finally getting a chance to let others know why I would never return to this veterinary office. Let me start by saying that dr hooks while very professional, did not work with us at all with the pricing of surgery (which came with no guarantees to save Duke’s life). We then signed over rights to save Duke and have him fostered by a family that would adopt him. It was so very hard to do so because he had been a member of our family for nearly 7 years. We had rescued him, helped him recover from some trauma and provided a safe home *with a fenced 1/2 acre* for our sweet boy. I don’t know why this is, but I expected the vet to work with us some in price or to settle and agree upon a fair price for the surgery, but this was never the case. When one signs

I don’t care who this offends. Watching an animal suffer while being told “we can’t help without money first” will change the way you see people forever. Pets are family. They don’t understand payment policies. They don’t understand why they’re being turned away while they’re struggling to breathe or in pain. They just trust us to help them. And maybe what hurts the most is this: veterinary medicine is supposed to be about compassion. A calling. A love for animals. But lately it feels like that compassion disappears the moment someone can’t pay upfront. I understand businesses have bills. I understand people need to be paid. But when did mercy stop mattering? When did “no money” become a reason to send a suffering animal back out the door? To the one mobile vet in the Bushnell/Sumter area

I love this team! Matt was especially so awesome and kind. I appreciate how he loved on my dogs like they were his own. He gave them so many compliments and admired how in shape they were! My dogs will only want to see Matt forever they love him so much. 100000/10!!

This is not a large breed dog place to go, took my one year old large breed puppy here three times to get nails cut. Each time they could not do them and refused to see my dog for a drop off appointment since they could not handle a large puppy. Puppies are all active and have a lot of energy. Took him somewhere else and there was no problems.
