River Country Pet Loss & Cremation Center

I had a lot of time to plan for Roxie's final days. I had researched pet cremation months in advance and had talked to a few places about what I was looking for. Although those other locations were very professional and kind, they couldn't or wouldn't help me with the type of goodbye I was looking for. As the months passed and she continued to decline, it became apparent that it was time to start finalizing plans. I again went to Google and looked up the crematories that I had spoken to months ago, starred and saved on my map, but this time, there was another option in the search that wasn't there before. River Country Pet Loss & Cremation was a unicorn that appeared at the absolute moment that I needed them most, and Maggie was there every step of the way. I explained what I wanted, and

We lost our baby on 12/04/25. We did not want to leave her and Maggie called the next day to tell us our baby was ready to come home. Thank you Maggie for the compassion you showed and the special ornament that you took the time to create with our babies fur inside. Our little pekinese mix, Gracie, died at home on Halloween, 2025. A quick Google search brought up River Country. We brought Gracie, in her bed, the day she passed. We were greeted warmly and explained that we hoped for a simple cremation. We intended to spread the ashes with the grandkids. No urn, no service. River Country was accommodating, compassionate, and reasonable. We unconditionally recommend their services.

Lost my buddy Nova on 2/03/26, after only having him for a few months, gave a call and brought him here and Maggie was the most compassionate and friendly person that i have ever met, she cried with us and got to know about Nova. Got a call from her the next day saying that he will be ready to come home the next day. Thank you Maggie for taking the best care of my buddy.

I lost my boy on Saturday 2-8-2025. I was recommended to them by a friend. I called and they told me to come in, in just a few hours. Maggie was absolutely amazing. She comforted me, let me say goodbye to my boy and was just absolutely incredible. She even brought his ashes to me and his paw print. I felt so at home and comforted in this hard time.
