Our dog absolutely loves spending time with Billie Jo. We could not ask for a better boarding experience. It is always clean and safe for the dogs.

I was very happy when Rising Sun Kennels opened their doors. You will find no better place for your dog to stay. I can leave knowing Rusty and Jo will care for, love and give attention to each dog. I boarded my horse with them in the past, and they always took the very best care of him. I never worried. Your dog will get exercise, treats and the best care.

There are so many things I like about Rising Sun Kennel LLC. They are situated in a beautiful area and they have a very clean facility. We board our 3 dogs there and for me I felt so much better knowing they weren’t going to be stuck inside with a divided wall to where they couldn’t see each other. My dogs had the choice of staying inside their roomy kennel or going outside to an even bigger kennel. Plus they could see their siblings through the chain link divider as well as the other dogs that were boarding. I think it’s Great that they walk the dogs several times a day and now they even have a play yard so that our dogs could interact with each other. They monitored their daily medications and even added the extra things we put in their food at mealtime. I felt they really went the e

We had a wonderful experience at this kennel. Our boy Bo loved it! She posted pictures and kept us updated on his stay which was very much appreciated! The kennel is very clean and it’s so nice they take the dogs out walking on-the trails on their property. Jo was very professional and you could tell they enjoy their job!

The owners are extremely pleasant and the facility is immaculate. Everything is brand new. We got to enjoy a much needed mini vacation and Maya was able to enjoy going on several walks and interacting with other fur babies. Will Definitely be taking her again!!! If you need someone to look after you furbabies while skiing this winter, give them a call, they won’t disappoint! 🐶
