Rio Bravo Veterinary Hospital

We’ve already had good experiences at their sister clinic, Eubank, and due to the urgent nature of my dog’s issues, I started going to Rio Bravo as they had earlier openings. It’s a bit of a drive from Eubank, but Dr. Hansen is a gem and we’ll continue seeing her for my dog’s condition. She’s one of the most thorough vets I’ve ever met, and her calm demeanor is so appreciated from a pet owner’s perspective. I can tell that she and the other staff members really care about my dog on a personal level, and my dog even gets a bit excited to come here even though he’s not feeling well.

A couple of weeks ago I adopted a long term cat from the BernCo Shelter. My kitty 🐈‍⬛ isn’t super social (but sweet), so I wasn’t sure how she would handle going to the vet. The folks at Rio Bravo Veterinary Hospital know exactly how to take care of my shy girl. I was so impressed with how relaxed my cat behaved! She was treated so well and it felt like they really cared. I am so grateful for Dr Silvia, she is really wonderful. Not only did they get us an appointment the next day, the whole staff was super nice and efficient. I definitely recommend this veterinary!

I just would like to say that this place has the best team! I just had to let my little Lola go, and I cannot tell you enough, how caring and professional all of them were. As soon as I walked in the door, what an amazing team and what an amazing hospital. Dr. Rodriguez is the best, and cared for my little Lola always with such delicate care and love! A terrific place to bring your kitties! The prices are fair and the staff really cares! They even gave me a little goodie bag with a little ball that my kittens are OBSESSED with. We have been playing fetch ever since. So grateful to know I have a safe place to bring the loves of my life for check ups. Rio Bravo Veterinary Hospital is a blessing to Abq! About 3 weeks ago my puppy had developed an ear infection in both ears. I had called around for price comparisons. Everyone was asking $102, $130 even $190 for the starting exam. That doesn't include the diagnosis or medication. Thankfully, the sister clinic of RBVH had referred me to Rio Bravo Veterinary Hospital. The starting exam was $50.24! I said let's do it! From there Dr. Hansen and Juan took very good care of my baby Thoth. Everyone there has been so nice and helpful. Thank you deeply from me and my baby Thoth 💙🐶💙. I definitely recommend them over anyone else!
