Ridgewood was able to work our baby in on short notice (& as a first time patient) after he experienced some scary symptoms post holiday weekend. Really appreciated the kindness that was shown to us & our dog through the whole process-from reception, the nurses & techs & Dr. Veazey. I was away for work but Dr. Veazey took the time to chat with me on the phone as well so I could be in the loop. They made a stressful medical event much more manageable.

The staff at Ridgewood Animal Hospital were so kind and caring for my dog. I came in anxious about her health and they were very thorough with testing, the exam, and giving me information. I appreciate how they went above and beyond. The people at reception are also very patient and kind. Highly recommend this place for your pets.

The vet/animal hospital I usually use has switched to a Pet Wellness Center and no longer sees sick animals, so when my cat got sick, I had to find someone to see him quickly. He hadn't eaten for 2 days, was weak and lethargic. When I called Ridgewood Animal Hospital, they listened to what was going on with my cat and worked him in that afternoon. They were very professional and the level of care they gave Oreo was top notch! I am so thankful for them and the kindness and compassion they have for animals and also how they treated him - they were so gentle. I am also thankful for the compassion shown to me as I was freaking out a little, thinking I may have to have him put down since he is older. The staff were very accommodating and compassionate. I'm new to the area and don't have a vet, but they got me in the same day I called. They gave me all of the time & tissue needed to say goodbye to my 16 year companion, Maxi. I highly recommend.

As a first-time puppy owner, I was scared to find the perfect vet to take my dog to. While I'm not sure how this animal hospital compares in price to other locations, I have had an amazing experience every time I bring my puppy here. They know him by name, always show him love, and call to check in on him whenever he is sick. I don't feel as though I am burdening with all of my anxious questions, and they always have last minute available slots if he is sick and needs to be seen day-of. I'm grateful to have found a place where I feel my dog is genuinely cared for!
