Ridgeside K9 Tampa Dog Training

Very happy with my decision to send my puppy to Ridgeside k9. Brent and Carleigh are the best!! I did the 2 week all-inclusive puppy training and I am very happy with the results. They lay a great foundation with the puppy and then teach you the skills to maintain the good behavior. After my lab puppy came back from the initial 10-day board and train, he was crate trained, leash trained, and place trained. It made my life a lot easier. He just came back from the 2 week more intensive training and so far I am very happy with the results. I really appreciate the time Brent took to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable. I also felt like not only are they both excellent trainers, but I felt the love and care they gave my sweet, crazy boy!!

Our rescue Golden-doodle , Millie, spent 3 weeks with Kristin this month! Kristin was highly communicative and spent time learning about our goals for Millie during the training. She sent daily updates and pictures, I could tell how much Kristin cared for the dogs who are with her! Millie is a nervous dog, but came back with more confidence. She has not had one accident since returning and is obeying her commands we continue to work on. Kristin helped us set a solid foundation that we can easily continue to work on. I found Ridgeside K9 after a quick Google search for local dog trainers, and I’m really glad I did. From the start, Taylor was awesome. During our initial consultation, she took the time to really understand what I needed for my Malinois rescue, Kona. We talked through some of the challenges we were having and what I was hoping to get out of the training. She asked all the right questions, and before I knew it, we were moving forward. When pickup day came, Brent showed up and walked me through the entire process — what to expect while Kona was away, how the training would go, and how I'd stay in the loop. After adopting Chuy from Texas we decided, while we were driving home from picking him up, that we wanted to get him into training. Searching on Google, we came upon Ridgeside K9 and were able to get a consultation quickly. It was recommended we enroll Chuy into the 3 week immersion program and he was paired with Kristin. I seriously think she has a magical connection with Chuy because during that short period of time she helped him to become the best version of himself.
