Ridge Runner Veterinary Services

Our much-loved dog was taken ill unexpectedly, and our usual vets let us down over getting a visit at short notice. We were recommended Ridge Runner by a friend, and they moved quickly to get Merlin seen and treated. Unfortunately, Merlin had an aggressive and untreatable form of stomach cancer, but the care and compassion they showed both Merlin and us was amazing, and we will use them for all of our pets' medical needs in the future. I took my brother's dog, Lucy in to Ridge Runner for her checkup. My brother was busy so I volunteered. The staff was so accommodating. Ms. Tran was awesome. She took her time and really connected with his dog and me as a surrogate. So thankful for out vet and all the wonderful staff at Ridge runner. You guys are awesome!

Rachel Emerson is a very nice person, knowledgeable about our pets, gentle and caring. Her assistants are on the ball and so helpful. The facility is immaculate. I wouldn't take Miss Kitty Sassy Pants anywhere else. Dianne B.

Ridgerunner Veterinary is my local vet. We are so lucky yo have this service in our small town in ME. We have been clients for many years and our dogs have been cared for very well. Dr Emerson and Dr Pho are excellent, knowledgeable practitioners. The office staff is mostly efficient and very friendly. My only complaint is sometimes it is difficult to get through via telephone. Sometimes leaving messages leads to delays in call backs. My latest appointment was handled kindly as I showed up at the wrong time but was still seen. Have used the online appointment service with mixed results. The reminders sent are helpful but I have had delays in communication with the online service.

I was so worried about my new fur baby because he had a reaction to vaccinations. However, RidgeRunner saw him right away and took great care of him. When it was time for neutering, they were aware of his reaction, monitoring him very closely and keeping me posted as to his progress. Their care, explanations and reassurances were so important to me, and I really appreciated it!!! I would HIGHLY recommend RidgeRunner Veterinary Services for your fur baby!!!
