Dr. Williams and her team were great. Dr. Williams was: - on time (even called before to let me know their expected arrival time) - knowledgeable (Dr. Williams went into detail about everything she was testing my horse for with also making sure I understood all the information) - friendly - gentle

I thought they were the best I was wrong they mess up and expect for us to be okay. How are we gonna be okay when they were the cause of ur animals death.

Highly recommend !! Great people. They do a fantastic job with my horses, donkeys and chickens.

I really loved Dr.Williams. She was great with our goats and other livestock but today they really messed up. I called at 7:41 am with a real emergency, 2 hours later no vet and a dead animal. What kind of vet that offers emergency services thinks that 2 hours is an acceptable timeframe. Then tried to say they told me it would be that long. If they made it clear that was the case I would have called someone else instead of letting my animal die waiting on a vet that wasn’t even coming!!! Very disappointed in the way the handle emergencies, maybe they just shouldn’t offer the service if they aren’t going to take it seriously and show up.
