My gsd had gotten hit by a car on a Saturday morning & although I had been taking him to a new closer vet I learned that unless my animal was a horse or a cow they wouldn't return my call. So I called Ridge who said bring him..we will be waiting... Our pups were to great to save him but they allowed us all the time we needed with him. I have since changed all my animals back to Ridge. They care about ALL your animals...

Dr French & Dr Novitski both took excellent care of my new puppy. All of the ladies in the office made a fuss over him and he just LOVED all of the attention they have him. They care was great. Would definitely recommend them. I also called ahead and asked questions and about pricing. The lady in the phone was very information and explained everything I needed to know.

Dr. Miller was just awesome. My father in law's dog is his best pal nowadays and the staff is so helpful and compassionate to the animals and also the owners of the animals.

I have been taking dogs (working & pets)to the Ridge Animal Hospital since "Doc" Gates opened the practice many years ago. While the practice has grown substantially since then, some of the things that made his practice really great, have not transcended into the 21st century. The Ridge Animal Hospital has a nice upgraded facility staffed by many people, most are very professional and compassionate. IMHO, the problem lies with management of day to day operations, for a facility this busy, perhaps it would be best to also expand the management to include someone with a combination of training and relative experience to stabilize and enhance this clinic.
