Richfield Area Pet Clinic

First time comi g here. Took my cat Baby here and Dr Beachem was very thorough as well as gentle with her. He talked through everything with me and listened and was great in general. All my concerns were adressed and I'm overall very happy with the services we recieved. The techs we also friendly and kind. Will be bringing all my animals here going forward.

Do not take ANY "aggressive" breed here. I have been taking my animals here since 2018 (cats and dogs), and have never had any problems until now. I have a pitbull Shepard mix puppy and she is the sweetest. We have only noticed food aggression which is a pretty common occurrence across many breeds and a young age. I brought this to their attention in hopes for pointer/tips on how to work with her for that behavior to stop. Instead I received comments on how she is going to bite us, bite others, and be aggressive no matter what. I was suggested to lock her in her crate and to teach her that we are superior to her. I could not believe that's what they told me straight to my face about my dog. She is constantly around others and my cats and shown no sign of even growling or whale eye. This ap

We have been clients of Richfield clinic since we moved to WI...we used to live right down the road but we kept him as our vet when we moved to West Bend because he is old-school and incredibly knowledgeable! They never try to push services on us and allow us to make our own decisions without feeling pressured. I cannot say enough about how much we love them! They were very kind and caring to our dogs and even helped me put my first baby down after 16 years with her...it was so hard to do but they were very patient and kind. Our current pup had surgery to remove a tumor and is currently undergoing another as I type this....I never worry when I go there. If you want a vet that truly cares...call them!

Moose River Goldens was welcomed at RAPC over 5 years ago and we've never been disappointed with the service, staff, or the facility. Dr. Beachem has been both knowledgeable and sympathetic to our pets needs. As a small breeder, I rely on Dr. Beachem and staff to guide me in making the appropriate decisions for each dog or cat I bring in for service. Dr. Beachem remembers the patient's names, their health issues, if any, and he remembers the outcomes of puppy litter exams. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very empathetic, as are the staff at RAPC. I have never felt anything but welcome there and I feel we have always received top notch care and advice. My critters and I are treated well and loved on by all the great staff at the clinic. We've been using Richfield Area Pet Clinic for over 10 years. Dr. Beacham is great and our dogs all love him. He's personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
