My rescue dog Eli had a great time and looking fresh! Now he’s ready for the ladies!

I dropped my dog off for a wash only when i picked him up they cut his hair and the lady had the nerve to say i told her i wanted a cut very unprofessional wont be bringing my dog back !!

The worst place you can bring your pet to have its hair groomed. The people who work here are not professional. I asked for a grooming, not a full trim and they did the opposite: they cut off all of its fur and shaved it and shorn. They are not professional; they do whatever they want without consulting you.

I bring my dog SIMBA here , He has separation anxiety and ,They treat him with so much care and they listen to what haircut I actually want . Every time I come pick up my fur baby he’s outside playing with others. I appreciate that they take into consideration how scared and anxious he gets and they don’t keep him in a cage.
