worst adoption agency ever, *and worst vibe i’ve ever felt* me and boyfriend came in wanting to adopt a cat, they judged us the second we walked in and flat out told me no after saying to come in and meet the cat we wanted. I grew up rescuing cats and she didn’t want to hear a second of it, interrupts me and says I told you no. 2 hours earlier she told me I could come in and adopt the cat so that was very confusing. One of the ladies also smelt like feces which I think makes an unsafe environment for the kitties. don’t go here.

I adopted my cat Queenie (Texas) on May 1st of this year from Res-Q-Pets in the Hamilton Marketplace. Pam was the gracious woman who helped me throughout the process. This cat is absolutely fabulous. I couldn't have adopted a more loving cat. She is a joy to have. I want to thank Pam, Res-Q-Pets as well as Petsmart for their wonderful service to all of us!

Extremely friendly staff with amazing customer service skills. My questions got answered right away and I even got a suggestion for another issue to try. The best part is they are so loving and caring about all animals.
