Customer Reviews
Erin and her team are AMAZING!!!! I had a traumatic experience with my previous dog not being treated appropriately for his conditions and he passed away. I felt awful and guilty. I was terrified when I got my new puppy that he was going to die suddenly too. Erin and her team have been so comforting, kind and patient with us. She has treated my puppy like my child and helped me overcome my fears. She is just so wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and just so caring and loving! Thank you so much for the great care for our fur babies and our family!
My dogs love this place and the people that work there we have been goin for years and they have been so good to our animals couldn’t ask for a better place to take our fur babies when we are out of town
DO NOT CALL if your pet has been attacked and you need emergency services. The lady argued with me that we needed to call our primary vet, even though alma is closer to our home. She would not listen even when I told her my cat was dying.
My dog was misdiagnosed. He died from mouth cancer not a cyst as was diagnosed here. Still expected me to pay for services although the diagnosis was way off. I refused to pay her and ultimately she sent the debt to collections. I hope I never need her services again.
Friday May 3rd, the night there were two tornado sightings near holdrege my cat had been attacked by a dog. We called the emergency vet line as we are closer to alma. The person who was on the phone told us that we had to drive to holdrege and take him to our main vet. My cat died that night. Not only did they refuse to take him in, we were also forced to drive in extreme weather putting others in danger.
