As a first time cat mom outside of fostering I really appreciate the thorough communication and care from the office. They took their time talking to me to truly understand me and Honey’s situation and answered every question I had and also gave me great advice and insight. The women at the front desk were so nice. Everybody was so kind even though I know Honey gave them a hard time towards the end. The pricing was also affordable. :)

Best veterinary appointment we have ever been to! All the office staff and techs we interacted with were so friendly and wonderful, and it was obvious everyone there cares deeply for pets and pet parents. Dr. Miller was the vet who took care of our Lucy, and she was incredible. She was very patient and gentle with my baby, and she explained everything very thoroughly so we had an understanding of where we stood with her health and follow-up appointment. She also took the time to just chat with us and really made it feel like a community, as did our tech. All and all, I would give more than five stars if I could and will definitely be back for our fur babies’ needs in the future. Thanks so much!

yearly exam rate is low-cost, any services after that are not. they send a report after each appointment, and many things were in the report that were not mentioned at all at the appointment. how are you going to just say my cat's teeth are "very bad" and then neglect to mention that she is MISSING teeth? I took her to community cat clinic and got a way lower price for dental cleaning/extraction and an ACTUAL diagnosis. my cat is reabsorbing teeth. I didn't know she was missing teeth because they are being ABSORBED. this definitely should've been mentioned during the appointment. They rated my cat a 6.5 on the body index scale, and she is in actuality only a six. I know she is overweight and any guidance around that would have been appreciated instead of just putting that in the report ho

I got ref.to them. The 1st time I was 85% satisfied that furbaby. I have 6 furkids. I brought my Senior in for bloodwork on 12/18. The 23rd I hadn't heard back. I called, left a message, no return call, called again the 26th, spoke to a man, he seemed to care, said the Vet was busy & will get back to me ASAP. I told him my baby had a seizure, that never happened, I really need his results & to speak to the Vet! No return call! No results emailed! NOTHING! I called again the 31st! Finally that woman emailed me the results! But STILL NO CALL FROM THE VET TO DISCUSS! U get what u pay for! It's Jan 9th & still nothing from them! I went elsewhere! My baby has cancer I found out from another vet! Still Remedy haven't called me to discuss anything!
