This vet is ridiculous. Had a bad experience since day one.No one is up front ever wait on hold for 15 minutes. Made things seem like it was my fault. Also asked at least 6 times to transfer records and didn't. They seem to just not care about anything.
Did great, my dog had surgery. Very good communication. And great job.
