Horrible, never again! Rude, poor attitude, did not do what was requested and expensive. All previous groomers had no issue with trimming as requested regardless of the time of year or length of my dog's coat. My dog is always completely compliant. Has never, ever been muzzled. Obviously, he sensed a bad situation, dogs know, and I should have followed my gut and turned around and left with him the moment after I arrived. Its January and his big, beautiful fur coat has been completely shaved off, down to the skin. To do the job proper, like other groomers have in the past, I was told it would require hours and hours of brushing then trimming and $200. Absurd. Poor guy couldn't get out of there fast enough and I feel terrible.

I have to give them 3 stars only because they are expensive. I take my dog to another place close by and they always charge me 60 dollars. This place charged me 100 dollars and that to me is too much. I paid this only because I was pressed for time. The service was good but I will not come back here only because it is too expensive. If you can afford 100 to get your pup groomed then by all means go there otherwise you are better off somewhere else.

I take my dog there routinely and always have a great outcome. Reggie is a clear animal lover and ever boards for me when I travel. I never worry about my dogs safety while boarding or how he will looks when he comes home from the salon!
