Regency Forest Pet Memorial

We have used this crematorium before as our veterinarian had recommended us to them in the past. They are accredited from what I researched. I am confident they handled my beloved cat with care and I am confident that they treated her with the upmost respect while she was being processed for cremation. They treated me with upmost respect and gave me kindness at my most vulnerable. I didn’t expect my cat to pass away, but it was sudden, shocking and tragic. They accommodated me on very short notice since I didn’t quite expect this. I’m confident that they are clean, organized and I have my Topal girl back.

My dog Brooklyn was recently cremated by this company. I went and picked her ashes up today. I will have to say, I was actually impressed in a situation never thought was possible. They truly put her together in the box chosen, gave me a personalized name plate for her box along with the pawprint mold, keepsake of her hair as well as a certification of cremation. It was very neatly put together. Very professional, very appreciated during a hard time. Job well done.

“Was she aggressive?” That’s what Brian asked me before he took my baby back to cremate her. The worst part is you see the fryer as you leave the facility bc they always keep the door open so you can see the back room w all the metal exhausts. I called to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else but..still… two months later the door is still as ugly as ever (I recommended a cute sign like rainbow bridge here) and to keep the door shut …never happened. Please don’t ever experience what I experienced. If I could give no stars I would. I brought my 16 year old baby girl here for a piece of mind and a sweet moment to memorialize her. We have 3.5 acres…if we didn’t want to do this we own a beautiful piece of land to put her to rest. They were so rude and I would hate for anyone to ever

I will start by saying this is an Amazing Facility. I had the misfortune of needing services from this company again. Over the many years of being a pet owner I have lost 3 Dog all have had after life services through this location. They have treated my lost furbabies with the utmost of care all while showing my family such compassion. I recently lost my fur baby Atticus who was an Akita in November of 2025. I found myself needing their assistance again, surprisingly they found a way to make the process very simple. I used the link that was sent to me via email and I was able to take my time and with no pressure decide what products were right for my family. I cannot sing their praises enough! Yesterday was the day most people dread, the day we lost one of our beloved family members. Danielle and Brian at Regency Forest made the process as pleasurable and comforting as one could hope when going through this unfortunate experience. Danielle was incredibly accommodating and compassionate when we showed up that morning in hopes of being able to take our sweet dog, Churros, back home with us that same day (the thought of leaving our baby even overnight was gut wrenching). But Danielle assured us that we had arrived early enough and Churros would be back with us within a couple of hours.
