Red Rover Resort

We always take the pupper on our winter trips and Steamboat is a little difficult to get some lodging that allows pets for a reasonable price so we’ve always boarded our dog, Zeke, whenever we repeat Steamboat. Red Rover in Steamboat was very easy to establish an account with thanks to the ULTRA helpful staff over the phone and guided me how to get an account and reservation set up. As I got my dog back from boarding for 7 days, I received a very detailed review of my dog and professional recommendations about my dog’s preferences. The daily pictures are also very much appreciated. I saved all of those memorable photos where my dog seemed to have had a great time! Will repeat again and again for each Steamboat trip we’ll have ❤️

Red Rover is fantastic. My dog Tig can be a bit shy, but the staff are so kind and caring, and she seems to thrive in the social environment at play time. The team posts pictures almost every day so I can always see how much fun she's having. I bought the dog wash upgrade and she smelled fantastic for days after she left. I have been going to Red Rover for years, and the new owners have really dialed in the customer service overall experience. Thanks guys! I should travel more often!

Red Rover Pet Resort is a fantastic place that truly treats our dogs like family. Gus and Ellie always come home happy, well-cared for, and delightfully tired from all the playtime. We love the photo updates they send during the stay—it’s such a thoughtful touch that gives us peace of mind. The staff is warm, attentive, and the facility is spotless and welcoming every time we visit.

They are so kind at Red Rover. They take excellent care of Oscar who is a little exuberantto say the least. We love the photos and he comes home happy and tired. They are so efficient and caring! Lynne
