Red Roof Grooming

We left our lab for boarding for vacation & absolutely loved Red Roof Grooming! They asked what our dog prefers & how we do things in order to keep things similar. They updated us mid week & let us know he was having fun bonding with their family & doing well. They also groomed him for a very acceptable price. We came home to a happy, well groomed dog! Highly recommend them!

Family had set up an appointment for their dog to he watched while they went on vacation. Upon arriving at 10am friday to drop the dog off, no one was there. They waited and called, no answer. Finally they had to find another place for their dog, which in turn made them late leaving for vacation. Upon finally getting a hold of red roof grooming, the management lied and said that they were there and that my family had not show up. They were extremely rude and did not take any responsibility. I would find a different place to take care of a love one. Not a good way to run a business

Excellent! Took my persian cat there cause he got so madded. She shaved all that madded hair off him,he looked so good , an she was so kind. Thank you
