Many generations of our loved dogs and cats were and are Dr. Cruz’s patients. Since the times of the original small practice he was always assertive and very professional, but his most remarkable side is the compassion towards patients and families. He shared with us the times of joy of having a new puppy or kitten, but also was there to support us at difficult days of grief. He is a five stars Doc!

Our dog Simba was in desperate need of help. He had a hot spot that was causing huge discomforts. When we called Red Bird Animal Clinic that morning, they were booked for the day. However, they were able to accommodate Simba into their busy schedule after we expressed his symptoms. We appreciate them listening to our cry for help and providing excellent customer service to Simba. Thank you!

Great vet, great staff! Dr Lacret has been my veterinarian for years. His approach to veterinarian medicine is very sensible and logical and his bedside manner is superior. Extremely personable. Love him!! And my baby doggies are healthy and happy!
