When you are considering adding an animal to your family, make sure you find a vet who will care for them and love them like family. Dr Riggs was nothing short of amazing for the 11 years that she cared for Yankee. She was honest with every diagnosis and considerate when it came to my hesitant husband. She never just jumped to the most expensive care plan and always allowed us to do tests and such in an order that could rule out, before just jumping in knees deep. Her and her tech Courtney saved his life when his heart basically stopped during his neuter, which discovered his heart disease. They saved his life when he ate kinetic sand and then another time when he are corn, then grass and it was compacted and stuck. And then another time when he was so sick and she accidently caught nodule

The staff is always friendly and accommodating! There’s tons of office pets that are always fun to play with while waiting for appointments. Pricing is fair, and there’s many options for treatment. Dr. Riggs helped me through some of the toughest times with my dog. She had a freak accident, and herniated a disc in her back. With guidance, a wheelchair, and medication, she’s back up walking again, on her own, without the wheelchair! She even runs! They have all been amazing and I’m forever thankful for more time with my dog! The staff is all very passionate about animals.

The staff at Red Barn took great care of my dog, I always felt like he was treated as if he was their dog. From the surgeries to the yearly checkups, and anything in between, and even the hardest day when I had him put down, they were great. I would definitely recommend.
