RCM Dog Training

We are so incredibly happy that we went with Rob for training. We started out not trusting our dog at all after an incident to practicing off leash training in just 7 weeks. We are so thankful that rob was recommended to us by our vet. Our dogs are MUCH better behaved after having worked with Rob

Recommended by a neighbor and his perfectly behaved dog, we called Rob to help us with our Bernese Mountain Dog pup. Moose was just shy of a year old and over 100 lbs already when we started working with Rob. After a traumatic neuter experience and him being cooped up recovering for a month, Moose started taking his frustrations out me as I stayed home to care for him. It was just becoming too hard to navigate on my own. Rob came to the rescue almost immediately. The first session was tough (Moose was nervous and uncomfortable ) but by our 2nd session, it was like night and day. More importantly, because of Rob’s knowledge and patience, things started making more sense to me and consistency is key here. He wasn’t here to train Moose - he was teaching me how to build a strong relationship

Rob helped us teach our dogs how to be obedient, “normal” dogs when we were at our wits end with them! We now enjoy spending time with them, can have friends and family at the house, and are able to go for walks together without being dragged. Highly recommend Rob, and looking forward to advanced training sessions with him in the future.

Rob was direct during sessions and easy to reach for advice in between sessions. We live in an apartment building and struggled running into neighbors in the hallway with our dog lunging and barking. We have worked with two previous trainers before Rob who pretty much just wanted us to hide our dog from any triggers, not actually create structure or address the aggressive behavior. It has only been about a month since we started working with Rob and we are confidently walking out the door and through the halls. I am still shocked by the progress we’ve made in such a short amount of time. Thank you so much, Rob!

Rob is awesome to work with! Flexible, down to earth and makes the training fun while providing easy instruction. My dog was showing aggression towards me and Rob helped me with the correction methods to not let him bully me. This training has completely changed my relationship with my dog! Thank you Rob!!
