Raw Feeding Miami

I've ordered from Raw Feeding Miami a few times and hadn't had an issue, so I placed an order recently. It was due to be delivered last Thursday and when I got home from work, there was no package. So I checked the FedEx email with the proof of delivery email and it shows they delivered it to the wrong house and I have no idea what house it was delivered to because they left it in front of a garage I don't recognize. So I file a claim with FedEx and notify Raw Feeding Miami. Four days later and after an initial response, I hadn't heard anything and emailed them again. They then tell me that they also filed a claim with FedEx on my behalf and will wait for FedEx to process and pay it, but that can take 3-6 weeks! I’ve been buying rabbit meat from them for my Pomeranian for a few months now, and they are always extremely attentive and helpful. I’d especially like to leave a special thank you to Valeria, who assisted me and waited for me to pick up my order even though I was late.

I usually order from them but here lately my dog has been refusing this food she only eats it after a few days of her starving & she cant keep it down. She vomits the food back up. I swear I really dont trust any of the raw food companies either I feel like the spray something on it or just bad quality meat cause my dog isnt refusing for no reason when she used to love it.

The best supplier we’ve found in Florida. They have every possible protein and 80/10/10 grinds with nothing added. Tons of supplements and treats. My dogs are doing amazing on their raw.
