While I LOVE this store and all of their natural / organic dog treats and chews (especially the rabbit ears), their mobile grooming service, FURGANIC IS TERRIBLE. It was a complete waste of money. Save the money and groom your dog yourself.

Easier to buy off amazon and not have to be hassled and interrogated by employees trying to sell excessive product wasting time and patience every time. My dogs are sensitive I don’t change their food, I don’t want to be sold on new product. Made that mistake and tried their raw food product line, and my dog got very sick and very itchy allergic. Also reward system is terrible. All those raw food rolls I buy from them are wasted money with no rewards points from it, and it made my dog sick! It’s not based off how much you spend, it’s how MANY do you buy. 12 bags of the same size food to get a discount but if you buy the same food but a smaller bag then that’s a whole new category. Or if you have 2 dogs eating different foods, the points don’t combine. Or your dog doesn’t like the treats yo

I’ve been buying raw food for about 15 years now, and recently started going to Raw and Kibble after moving back to South Florida. I must say, they are definitely some of the best priced quality raw food options in the area. I’m saving around $2 a pound which is a pretty big deal since I buy around 50lbs a month. I feed both my dog and cat raw, and they both love it.

I really love this store they have the best products for dogs. I also appreciate the employees, their knowledge, and motivation to assist pet owners. I always purchase supplements, bone broth, treats, and dried raw food when traveling. I just sometimes am in a rush and prefer to grab items myself, and check out quickly. I don’t always want to have to do a full consultation of what my dog is eating, why I’m purchasing a product, or be pushed to purchase more than what I initially went in for. Again, the costumer service is amazing. I just also am someone who doesn’t want to be followed around the store the whole time. Maybe if they can create an option to order online and do a fast pick up would be great.

Staff was amazing! Food quality is always consistent and our cats love it. Would have left 5 stars if the very apparent restroom was available to customers.
