The whole staff (from the Vets, Techs and to the receptionist) are absolutely wonderful. My Dog Loki had major surgery and had to saty with them for over 10 days to recover. They took care of him like he was their baby. They spoiled him and sent me videos of him. It made being away from my baby so much easier knowing that they loved and took care of him like we do at home. The vet did everything possible to save him and in the process keep me in the loop about his health. Thank you from the bottom our hearts. I would totally recommend them.

I can’t thank Ravenwood enough for everything they do. Appointments and even surgeries are able to be scheduled within days, in the event of an emergency they’ve gotten us in immediately numerous times. The staff and doctors are wonderful ! Dr. Lowe is incredible. Without her and her team, our baby Salem wouldn’t be flourishing like she is now. We’ve been through so much trying to get her healthy and the true love and compassion Dr Lowe has shown to our baby really made this journey so much better. Salem is currently recovering from a successful surgery that will improve her quality of life. We cant thank you all enough for caring for and loving our furbabies as much as we do❤️

Been talking my siberian husky there for over 2 years after having some bad experiences at life vets. Staff is very niceand genuinely cares about your animals. Doctors are knowledgeable and also care. Price was a little expensive but the way I see it you get what you pay for when it comes to a service like this. Took my dog in for behavior issues and lethargy. Found out his gallbladder was having problems. Luckily we were able to treat with medication and a diet change, my dog is acting 4 years younger and doing great.

This was my second time using Ravenwood, very happy with the services needed. We usually used a home vet because it is easier on our babies, though we lost one. After going to 2 vets in May ( one Emergency, the other in Ormond) could not figure out what was wrong (She was clawing at her mouth) but both suggested a dental. Ravenwood took her the next day and found the issue with her jaw, had to have a canine extracted. Came through with flying colors. She was very lethargic and falling over, Emergency vet on Thursday said her liver was enlarged and probably should do an ultrasound. Called Friday morning, they could take her Sat for the procedure but she was comfortable and doing better so I wanted to give her a couple decompression days. Dropped off Monday for test, Dr called after and too

I've taken my exotic to many vets and I've never received such a thorough evaluation as the one Dr. Low provided. She made me very comfortable that she had eyes (and fingers) on every part of my pet ensuring she's healthy. I was so impressed, I will definitely be making the 2 hr trip to her as needed in the future! My baby has finally found her doctor! Thank you Dr. Low.
