I have known Debra Lee for the past 9 years and have trained two dogs with her. Debra is very dedicated to her craft. If you want an honest dog trainer, this is where you want to do your business. She is very intuitive when it comes to the human aspect of dog training. If you want to learn how to communicate with your dog in service, hunting, or obedience, she will get the very best out of a dog and a handler.

Super intense trainer- your are required to put in the effort to learn and work with your dog to succeed. Look for another trainer if you can’t handle the hard truth. She wants you to succeed and her expectations are high. She creates winners. Her personal dogs are amazing- I’ve hunted with her and hunted her dogs. I’ve had a once in a lifetime dog and she taught me how to hunt him- even though she thought a heeler couldn’t be a retriever, she taught us. And he retrieved! In the 20+ years I’ve known Debra, she’s always been a consistent, dependable person. A great friend, trainer, and teacher who always tells it like it is. She’ll treat your dog like her own and hold you up to the highest standards.

Debra is the finest retriever/bird dog trainer in South Texas and perhaps the world. She dedicates herself to her clients (the dogs) and their owners (sometimes the ones that really need the training) like no one else.
