Rascal’s Pet Grooming

I take my Goldendoodle Gator here and she is amazing with him. He has been going there over a year now and had my Dachshund JoJo there before Gator. All the groomers are amazing.

Been taking my baby Dio here since he was 7 months. They always take good care of him and do a great job on his cuts.

Went in expecting a goldendoodle round face and I don't know what in the world is this. I've never seen a shaved nose. He looks like an owl. If they can't do it please go to school or practice before charging. Paid $70. Yes it's better price in the area but not what he is supposed to look like. Also, there are red marks on his nose from the save... he doesn't smell great either. 😕

I brought my Frenchie here on 3-15-24 for his nails, it was his first time so he was very excited. I was waiting in the waiting area when the groom took him to the back table and started his nails. Her phone rang she walked away and he fell off the table! I immediately ran to him. He was hanging there with a noose around his neck due to the neglect of the groomer. Pet owners should be aware that this establishment owner told me this was a normal thing and she was the one who was calling. I was furious and will never use this business again. I don’t care if the president is calling get my dog down first! While I was there I witnessed 2 other dogs on tables with no one within arms reach. Dog owners beware!

You call yourself a dog groomer? We trusted our dog into your hands, she had enough hair that you could've shined giving her a nice cut. Instead you gave us back a "cat", that's what she looks like. You don't have the slightest sense of style. If you are the one cutting your husband's hair I'll know who he is when I run into him at Home Depot. My wife's a nice person, I wouldn't have paid $45.00 for the neckerchief you put on my dog. Word of advice: boys wear neckerchief, the girl's wear tassels or bows.
