Made an appointment to have my cat spayed, thru the program with the local shelter. They called me and rescheduled for today. I went and was told they wouldn't give me service because of a bad review couple years ago. They told me they called me and left a message. No they didn't. If they did, why would I be there. It isn't about me people... its about you and my pets. And you are one of the worst vets office I've ever been. I hesitated to make the appointment in the first place. 3 people told me just today that they hear nothing but bad things. So it's not just one or two. . When I first went there about 11 years ago, was a bad experience. When my mom used yous, she complained of how you treated her and her cats and her parrot. Missed a wedding due to clerical errors. Wouldn't change paperwork so I couldn't board my dogs.
