Randy's Floor Covering

27 years ago, Randy's Floor Covering put in my entire house flooring. Today my carpet looks just like the day that it was installed. Beautiful.... But like so many, I too like change and I will be picking out new with Randy again. He was so nice to work with. I compared other stores and no one would come near to his prices comparing apples to apples; same carpet, same amount, same everything. Randy was the best deal! I can't say enough good about the service, price, convience, everything.

Called to check for a transition piece to go over a threshold and he sounded mad and said there are many different kinds and I said it was laminate and said in a rude voice said” well they should have sold that to you when you bought it”. Way to get more customers for future remodeling.

Have gone to the business during work hours, seems to be always closed. Have called numerous times to see if I can set up an appointment, the phone is never answered and no way to leave a message. I have a whole house that needs new floor coverings and tried to not use a big box store.
