I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care my pet received at Randolph Animal Hospital. Their level of patience, knowledge, professionalism, and genuine love for animals made my pet’s imaging appointment the most stress‑free experience he’s had in his five years of life. The difference in care compared to our experiences with Petco Vet Hospitals was immediate and significant. It’s clear that the team at Randolph Animal Hospital not only excels clinically but also takes the time to make pets feel safe and cared for. Prince Zuko has not only found an amazing veterinary team, but I’m pretty sure he’s also made some new friends he’ll be excited to see again. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for my cat for almost 4 years now. Typically my cat is seen by Dr. Torres, who is kind and calm with my cat and takes time to answer all of my questions. I think I have interacted with all of the vets at one point in time, and they have all been great. The vet techs and staff are incredible and kind to my cat too. In 2024 my cat had an emergency. Initially I took her to an emergency clinic and I received some worrying updates. I was very distraught and had called the office towards the end of their business hours. I know how busy things can get and I was prepared to not receive an answer that day, but I received a call back not long after and was given more information and was able to take my cat in for a visit and labs the very next day. We absolutely LOVE Randolph animal hospital, They are very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. We love that they call and check in to make sure the pups are doing well after their visits.

I took my 6-year-old guinea pig here multiple times from July to November. She just passed away last Friday. She came to them with ONE issue and by the end had around five different problems. Instead of actually investigating what was going on, they kept dumbing everything down to “age,” which felt like a lazy excuse rather than medical care. They had me get compounded medications that didn’t even arrive in time to help her. I followed their instructions, spent the money, and trusted their guidance, only for it to be completely useless. There was zero urgency despite her condition clearly getting worse over time. After she passed, I emailed them to let them know. Within an hour, they deleted her entire profile. First time here bringing my girl here for a wellness exam and her updated vaccines! It was a busy Saturday morning but we were finished in a timely manner! Since we were new customers, we got an estimate of how much the appointment would be which is nice. She was very relaxed when Jenna (the vet assistant) and Dr. Susan Harrington came in. I wanted to give a shoutout to Jenna and her coworker (I forget her name, I’m sorry!) when administrating the shots - we were in the room with them and Princess was SO chill when she got both in, she was just looking out the window! Really liked it here and the prices were reasonable!
