I cannot say enough good things about this vet! Everyone is so knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Appointments are smooth, questions are answered thoroughly, and the care feels truly personal. My pup loves coming here, and that alone lets me know we’re in the right place. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve used this practice to neuter some strays and check an eye on a stray I was trying to rehome. My experience with the front desk staff has been very good. Very friendly and helpful. The techs have all been delightful My aunt loves Dr Randall. He treats her pup. I’ve only dealt with Dr Gifford and Dr Rush. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Gifford. So kind and caring. Dr Rush is not the warm and kind vet I prefer. I will make it a point to specify I prefer Gifford going forward. If you’re looking for an affordable practice with a warm and caring vet, specifically asking for Dr Gifford is my recommendation but again, my aunt loves Dr Randall
I had an emergency situation with my dog, Jasper. Dr. Randall immediately took his case. I was informed of Jasper's condition twice daily. I recommend Dr. Randall to everyone. Dr. Randall's knowledge and skill saved my dog's life and I will forever be grateful. The staff is exceptional! The office is clean and "the dragon" is very welcoming! Thank you!
I have been using Dr Randall for around 8 years and him and his staff are always great. Dr Rush took care of my Katie on my last visit and was able to explain an ear condition she has had since birth. She was very kind. Thank you all for always being taking care of my fur babies. Bobbie Pitts
We have been taking our pet to Randall's for almost a decade and they have ALWAYS been top notch. Recently our pet suffered an illness and if it wasn't for Randall's our fur baby would not have made it. Dr. Rush was so compassionate and answered all of our questions, even called after hours to check on our pet. We've not used any other Vet. Affordable boarding, Affordable pricing, kindest people you'll ever meet. We love it there.
