Our pets are our world, and finding a veterinarian you truly trust is so hard. Dr. Fransioli is absolutely amazing. We have two cats, Roy Kent and POTUS Bader Ginsburg, and a dog named Abbey, and they absolutely ADORE Dr. Fransioli! She always remembers the little details about them, which makes us trust her care completely. The entire experience at Rancho San Carlos Vet is top-notch — communication is excellent, scheduling is easy, the online portal is convenient for appointments and prescription food, and we love the text and call reminders. They even follow up after visits to check on how our pets are doing. All of their techs are amazing! They take amazing care of both our dogs, one with special needs. They are responsive via business messaging and telephone calls. All of the vets collaborate interdisciplinary with each other, you get a whole team of experts for your animals. What really impressed me with their practices, when you get your animal back after procedure, they write a letter from the dogs perspective, it was so cute and heartwarming really connected to me with the vets.

Awful place. Made an appointment months in advance, spend an hour uploading years of records to their portal, gave my dog trazadone to prep him for the appt, but was running late bc my foster was sick and had to go to another vet that day. Called them to let them know and they said I’d be too late to make the appointment so they cancelled it. They then charged me a no show fee even though I said I was still coming, and refused to credit that towards another appointment when I called to reschedule. They also had the audacity to recommend I go someplace else that didn’t require an appointment ??? I couldn’t even get my dogs meds filled and had scramble to find another vet before they ran out that week (which I told them was one of the reasons for my appt). I would not recommend this place fo
