Rainbow Vet Hospital saved our bunny’s life! We came on a day that they were extremely busy with surgeries, so we had to wait a long time, but without them, we would no longer have one of our rabbits. We are very thankful for their care! We brought her home the same day, wrapped up in a soft, warm blanket with care instructions and medications. She perked right up and has been happy since! My family is eternally grateful!

A little disappointed… been coming here for couple years and never truly been super satisfied as I encountered a semi unfriendly male doctor. Despite this I came back. My app was at 11:20. By 12:20 I asked what is happening? We still have not been seen to. They said there was an emergency which I completely understand however nobody told us. I took my cat and left, not much effort on their part to try and compensate or ask me when I’d like to make another appointment. The lady at the front desk is sweet , most of them are friendly but I also have a big issue with them adding unnecessary expenses for no reason. My cat is hairless and the vet insisted on flea medication. Seems like they just want you to spend money for no reason.

I’ve been taking my dogs, Bobi and Tobi, to Rainbow Animal Hospital for over 10 years, and they’ve always been treated with so much love and care. 🙏🏻Francisco is truly kind, gentle, and compassionate, The front desk staff are always Nice, kind,,friendly, helpful, and welcoming 🥰 Over the years, we’ve shared both tears and laughter, and even though things aren’t always perfect — no place ever is — I’m truly happy and grateful for the care and warmth they’ve given my dogs. Their grooming services are wonderful too — my dogs always look and feel great after! 🐶💖🙌🏻

Horrible. I recently adopted a dog from one of the LA shelters and my newly adopted dog was sent to here to get neutered. However when I went to retrieve my newly adopted dog from Rainbow Veterinary Hospital. His leg was wrapped. Somehow my dog cut his paw WHILE IN Rainbow Veterinary Hospitals care and he had to get staples put in later on because the cut was so bad. Yet Rainbow Veterinary Hospital still made me pay for his care. I live in San Diego so the visits for more after care visits is just not possible. I then had to spend more money on after care visits at another Vet Hospital. I spoke to management and they didn’t give me a refund for his care regarding his leg. Horrible experience for not only me but my newly adopted pup. They just took my money and could care less about my dog
