Charlotte is a GOD SEND. So friendly and approachable. Our first meeting and encounter was wonderful. She groomed my Lil girl so sweet and simple foe the winter. It wasn't a ALL DAY AFFAIR, like those other people and they give "okay" service. I loved the personality,professionalism and concern. Even gave me helpful hints and tips to care for my lady. Charlotte was very easy to communicate with and did an amazing job on our pup. The way she does appointments is very easy to follow and she keeps you in the loop. She made sure of what kind of cut length and if we wanted anything special, which she did do for us. She also works pretty fast. The policy was clear and well written. Our first experience with a mobile groomer went well, don't let it prevent you from deciding to go here!

Charlotte's grooming is exceptional in every way. She is knowledgeable, professional and precise in her work! I have two standard poodles and am consistently impressed month after month when picking them up! They look drop dead gorgeous every time! There was one time I used another groomer because of scheduling thinking it would be ok! I picked them up and they were ragged, hacked, unshaped, uneven and appeared to be a complete rush job! Charlotte puts effort and expertise into her work and one may think a groomer is a groomer but they are far from created equal!

We’ve started taking our miniature poodle to Charlotte for grooming, and she consistently does an amazing job! Charlotte’s attention to detail and gentle approach make all the difference. She handles our dog with such care, making the grooming process smooth and stress-free. Our pup comes back, not only relaxed but looking wonderful, with a clean, fluffy coat and a perfectly styled cut. I have been searching for a long time for a groomer that takes cats as the vet will do it but it’s not very good for obvious reasons. My long haired boy tends to get all matted up no matter what I do but Rags to Riches did an absolutely awesome job giving him a lion cut. She also cut his nails and cleaned his ear. I will definitely be bringing him back. Thank you sooooo much.
