The reviews are good but called several times and never received a call back. Called prior to Christmas at least three times and after New Years still no return call back and message another # that on on the voicemail. My review has nothing to do with grooming skills just on customer service in returning calls.
Great groomers! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Been a customer for nearly 15 years.
