Rachels Royal Pet Grooming LLC

Rachel does an amazing job grooming my Multipoo and has done so for years. I drive over to her location in Santaquin from Springville every time our little Lola needs to look pretty again. I love her website for scheduling appointments. I would recommend her to anyone who needs professional grooming for their pets.

She's done great with our dog who gets nervous & talks (like a T-Rex). Before we found her we took our dog to a few different groomers who took longer & charged extra. Rachel has been amazing, especially with the Sunday appointments!

She always grooms my Lily well. Lily LOVES her spa day out and she doesn't get excited about car rides except when she knows she's going to get groomed. Rachel has always groomed her to my asking and is very good with her especially since she's an older dog.

Rachel's royal pet grooming has been getting a lot of nasty reviews from one client that wasn't happy. That said client then has her friends go one and write more nasty reviews which is low and unkind and a form or harassment. Rachel is great at listening to what the customer wants and she is phenomenal and has many years or experience there is no need for one bad experience to turn into attacking her at all angles. Grow the hell.up people. I highly recommend Rachel's pet grooming she did an amazing job with my dog and he is a pee machine when scared. So good job rachel don't let this nasty people get you down they have nothing better to do.

Rachel did a very good job grooming my 8 year old dog. She also groomed him on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. Will be back!
