R Texas Star Grooming & Boarding

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 If you have an animal at R TEXA STAR grooming and boarding YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK ON YOUR ANIMAL!! My little 6 lbs dog was there this morning at 8:00 am and stayed there until 6pm today, with the owner Shawn Rawles sending me text messages through out the day…(instead of calling me) with a different excuse on why she was not ready yet… Her last message said for me “not to show up to get her until she text me that she is done” i thought that was a little strange … 6 pm came around and I showed up anyway… all lights were out and no one answered the door so I went in through the drop off and pick up door and my sweet little girl was in a kennel looking the same way as I dropped her off looking like…. NO BATH, NO GROOMING, NOTHING!! You could tell that she had been in that small

Owners and staff are caring, attentive and professional. We have peace of mind when leaving our fur baby in their care. We were also able to see footage video’s while we were on vacation. Thank you R Texas Star ⭐️!

Glad we found this grooming and daycare in a beautiful setting. Staff were great and took the time to ensure a great experience for the dog.

Amazing service and beautiful place. Our dog and puppy loved it here!! I’d recommend this place to anyone. It’s a little out of the way for where we live (Huntington) but will be our place of choice anytime we’re traveling in the Louisiana direction.
