Professional, respecting and reasonable. We have six personal dogs and all are our hunting companions. Dr Lambert(s) and their team are incredibly professional. They provide us with guidance, care and understanding. We couldn’t thank them enough for their support along with care for our beloved canines. Thank you QVVH!!!!!!

I witnessed this full grown “man”, Dr.L, scream at a woman in his lobby for picking up a dog. I will never go back. Do not go here!!! If he can treat a woman like this, imagine how he treats your animals behind closed doors. This guy needs therapy or to retire, and maybe take a couple of classes on how to treat CUSTOMERS.

Dr. Sam is amazing. He is kind and patient. However, Dr. Lambert is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful! I had scheduled my dogs to get their shots at a vaccine clinic. A few days before the clinic, my dog had an ear infection. Dr. Sam preferred I have the dogs vaccinated at their office, but understood that I had prepaid and we came up with a plan. Later that day, I received an email from Dr. Lambert, who told me that if I don’t cancel the vaccine clinic appointment, they will no longer treat my dogs. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we had an issue with Dr. Lambert, and although we only saw Dr. Sam, and were so happy with him, we opted to move to another practice where we can have a relationship of communication and mutual respect.

Archie is a rescue with whom I have been working with for 4 years. With the help of Dr. Sam, and plenty of love and attention from me and my family, Archie is progressing nicely. It's important to me to have a vet that gives each animal time and care in a loving manner...that is Dr. Sam (and Dr. Dave too).

I wouldn’t take my cats anywhere else! QVVH is the best! Love Dr Lambert! The staff is great too! My cats are very comfortable there. I completely trust QVVH with my cats health and well being!!
