Quick Grooming Pet Salon & Spa

We used to love quick grooming but their website and service has gone down in quality. 1. I can no longer book appointments online. One time I booked an appointment online and no one showed up. 2. The most recent appointment I texted them to book, and the groomer texted to show up 3 hours early (which is fine). But ended up cutting our dogs ear and the skin was ripped and didn’t tell us about it. When I texted them, there was no response. I will not be working with them again.

We brought both of our dogs to Quick Service Grooming, and once again had a fantastic experience--especially thanks to Dantas! Dantas is not only fast and professional, but he also follows location and meeting instructions perfectly, which made everything seamless. What stood out the most was how incredibly sweet and loving he was with our dogs. It's clear he genuinely cares about them, and that makes all the difference. Our chipoo, Bear, who had been groomed here before, came out looking exactly the same as last time--consistent styling we really appreciate. This time, we also brought our second pup, who is a bit smaller and more delicate, and he came out looking just as cute and well cared for. I left a 5 star review about 8-9 months ago. Now I have edited it to the correct rating for the current setup. To continue the first two haircuts were great. The woman spoke English and had a kid with her who was very nice. An the kid helped with the English when needed. The last two times I've gone I have had issues both times with the most recent missing those English speakers completely. And even though I had gone there multiple times the person even called someone else on the phone and they were still not able to understand. An the recent mistake being not forgiveable. A mistake they've made twice now. I trim my dogs nails on my own and took him in with instructions to not do that - do not cut his nails I do. They chopped em' up good. Quick grooming is too quick for us. We paid for the VIP service which includes everything from nail cutting to teeth cleaning but the groomer did it all in less than 1 hour. Our dog needs major teeth cleaning surgery next week which will cost us $2500.

The lady was nice but didn't speak very well English was hard to communicate. At first my dog looked amazing and smelled fantastic but my main concern was for her massive amount of shedding. Unfortunately she is still shedding quite a bit just a few days after her appointment. And even right after there was still hair coming off. They need something like PetSmart when it comes to shedding. Dog seemed to be happy. And lady was very nice.
