Quality Floors & Interiors

In April I met with Lisa at Quality Floors and Interiors to choose new carpet for our two bedrooms here in Spokane. We do not live here full time but I wanted to get it ordered and set up a date for the next time we came to Spokane in June. Working with Lisa long distance was so easy. She worked with our schedule and made it all come together in a timely fashion. Lisa was helpful, professional, courteous and prompt. Her installers did a great job as well. Lisa and her company delivered exactly what they agreed to and we highly recommend them.

We have used Quality Floors & Interiors for numerous home improvement projects over the last 10 years and have been delighted with the results every time. Sue, Mike, and Lisa have always been so great to work with; very responsive to questions and keeping us informed about the project. The installers do excellent work and always show up as scheduled. The office staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend Quality Floors & Interiors.

I was looking for a rogue box of discontinued tile that my husband and I were really hoping to get along with some other backsplash and I was sent to Quality Floors. The lady who helped me (I feel so bad I don’t remember her name) was sooooo helpful and kind. She made sure I got exactly what I was looking for and helped me load it up in my car when it arrived. Definitely will be giving them more of our business in the future!

We had new carpet as well as a custom shower done by Quality Floors and Interiors. Not only are they professional, they do amazing work and the outcome was even greater than we had imagined. From picking out the carpet and tile with Lisa, to the design and production, each step was seemless.
