This is my dog Rocky. The woman that I gladly let visit and take him out anytime she wanted. I even gave her a key to my house? I know she loves him as do I. She brought him to my wife and I about 7 yrs ago. My wife passed away around 6 years back. She said we shared custody which I was very pleased with. I recently had a mental crisis. My 1st thought was call Andi and make sure Rocky is OK. I was afraid for him because he is a pit bull, my unregistered support pet and I was afraid someone would harm him. She took him away and now refuses to return him to his home. She told the police, when I reported her for not letting me get him back that we share custody. This is not true. He was turned over to my wife and I. I reported her for theft but she told the police that we shared custody. Not

My Aussie was attacked twice in a 3mo time span by another dog from this shelter last year. I sued her twice and won both times but it means nothing because I never got the $2000 dollars I paid to prevent him from dying from all of the bite wounds left on him and he's permanently damaged mentally. Animal control from this shelter did nothing both times even though the dog was not vaccinated in any way aside from kennel cough through the shelter or it's owner after adopting & I had plenty evidence it was vicious. The owner was getting evicted the second time her dog attacked mine and the police were there and witnessed it attacking my dog again and the police didn't care either. I confronted the shelter and they were even reluctant to hand me the dogs vaccination history I'm sure they didn'

We adopted a dog named Betty today. We was told she was a outside dog and good with other dogs. We brought her home she was not actually a outside dog. She was good with our pet until we tried to show him attention and she has tried to bite him several times. We now have them separated and will be returning her on Monday soon as they open we will not be doing another adoption.

My dog has been attacked twice in 3 months and severely injured by a dog who came from this shelter. I’ve spent around $2000 in vet bills to keep my dog alive. The animal control who works at this shelter refuses to put the dog down no matter how vicious I prove the animal is they’re claiming they simply cannot do anything even though it states that they can as a state law if the dog is proven vicious whether it’s attack on a human or another animal. I have sued the owner but due to it being a civil suit she does not have to pay me back. Animal Control hasn’t even cared enough to stay in contact with me when it comes to providing me with the information that I need and updates on the case to help me with my 2nd lawsuit on this dog. The dog was also not vaccinated what so ever before it was

I don't visit often because I just want to come home with a dog. 😊 The cages had been recently cleaned, and food bowls were full. The employees were walking the dogs. The facility was well taken care of. They had so many sweet dogs. I hope and pray that people looking for a loving pet will visit this shelter. The smell in the dog cage area was pretty bad but that's to be expected.
