10/10 service!!! You won’t be disappointed. Kay and her staff provides excellent care, services, support and customer service. I was looking for a daycare/boarding for my cockapoo Lucky last year and let me just say..my little lucky loves it here. Their attentiveness and lovely personalities makes my nerves at ease everytime. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! I was so nervous to leave my dog for so long (12 days) but they made me feel so comfortable. first we got a test day to make sure our dog did well with the employees and other dogs. It was clear that they are knowledgeable on dog behaviors, as my dog likes more solo, chill time so they made sure to place him with a more chill group, which I found really thoughtful. During my trip they sent many photos and updates each day letting me know he’s eating and playing and going to the bathroom. I felt like I always knew what was going on with him and that they genuinely cared for my dog. I had no doubts he was in good hands. I would 100% recommend this place. Everyone was so kind. We have boarded our dog Onyx at PupStreet Hotel & Spa multiple times and always have a great experience. The staff keeps us updated with pictures and messages, which gives us peace of mind while we’re away. Onyx is always happy to see them, and it’s clear they take great care of him. Highly recommend! 🐾

I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with PupStreet! Everyone on their staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. They send lots of updates throughout the day and always include pictures of our pup having a blast. This has been super reassuring as a new pet owner and makes my work day so more enjoyable. And most importantly, our pup loves going to PupStreet to play with all of his favorite pals!

Best place ever,I trusted they take care with all responsibility my dog,they sent updates 3 times a day and pictures along with videos of my dog enjoy his time out,they get different activities with the dog like ball games,pool with balls or play with water something that is his favorite activity,they spoiled them with sweet treats,I am really grateful to find them very near from my home and they are really carefull about vaccines in order to keep healthy all dogs and they keep eye on the dogs if they are not too social with other they take along your dog to keep safe from each others
