I was a bit anxious about taking buzz to another groomer since last time I took him to another one he had a bad experience and so did I. so I was a bit hesitant at first but i decided to give them a try and I can say I will be returning i definitely recommend it!! I loved the picture updates I got it gave me a peace of mind knowing he was in great hands !!

I was really excited to try this grooming salon and initially hesitated to leave a review because the groomer was very kind and I understand this is a newer business. However, I think it’s important to share my experience for other pet owners. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the groom. The hair around my dog’s sanitary area was cut in a way that now causes urine to get all over his legs every time he goes potty. Since the appointment I’ve had to clean him after every potty break, which unfortunately defeats the purpose of having him groomed in the first place. At the time of the appointment I told the groomer I trusted her professional judgment and left the grooming decisions up to her, which is why I was surprised to later have the issue framed as a “preference.” I also left sp

Loved this grooming studio! I brought my dog here after adopting her from a shelter, and the groomers were so gentle and patient with her. She came back looking clean, soft, and so happy -which means the world to me. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive or rescue dogs! 🐾🤍

My dog had a haircut and he looks fantastic! He was nervous the entire time and they did a really good job of calming him down and treating him well!
