Im not the one to usually leave review but if anyone was like me and had ZERO knowledge of there existence unfortunately, until now: I would love to help change that By this review, I can’t give them enough stars. They went ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only were they very reasonably priced as is but, They also communicated well from the beginning and they were also Considerate enough to ask me If I wanted to come earlier than the appointment time since availability was open unexpectedly which I thought was absolutely nice of them to do. I was just as nervous as my baby boy was for it being his first bath and groom ever since I’ve adopted him, I didn’t know what I was walking into but I knew immediately the second I walked in the door how much of a humble sweet and wonderful place it was and

Always excellent service from start to finish. Kim the owner is always receptive to any communication I have with her. My dog's grooming is always perfect. The cologne smells heavenly and the bandanas, bowties, or bows are so colorful. Thank you.

Just stopped in for nail clipping. Good job Great location. They used to be downtown Gardner but they have moved. Now located on moonlight few stores north of Austins.

I took my English Springer Spaniel to these guys at the Gardner location two times this year. Both times they did everything we asked. My dog has a lot of thick curly hair. They were wonderful. They do cuts for my daughter’s Springer also and they are very pleased also. I highly recommend them. I have attached before and after pictures.
