We can honestly say this is the best puppy training program we've ever seen. Our mini goldendoodle, Tucker, went through their 4-week accelerated program and the results are amazing! He knows all his basic commands and executes them well. He always rings the jingle bells when he needs to go potty. He goes into his crate without complaint and sleeps through the night. He loves to please us and be rewarded with a treat. Beyond the fact that the training is so good, it is obvious that for Brad, the owner, this is a mission and he is passionate about it! We were fortunate to have Matalee as one of Tucker's trainers and it was obvious she knew her stuff and loved our puppy. Prior to his training Tucker had a bad experience being groomed because he was scared to death of the sound and vibration

I’ve had my 18 week old puppy for a week since coming home from Puppy Steps - we haven’t had a single accident, he rings the bell when he needs to go out, and he knows his basic commands. NYC has a lot of distractions compared to Utah, so we are still working on recall while distracted by 50 pigeons, 12 new potential doggy friends, and 30 humans who want to pet him! That said, he wants to be BFFs with them all and that’s thanks to the exposure of puppy friends at Puppy Steps. Having a friend get a dog the same age as mine but without training, I can say with confidence that the investment in Puppy Steps was absolutely worth it. The daily updates from the trainers were informative and entertaining…the photo and video updates helped me feel like I was getting to learn more about Reggie’s mi

I wanted to wait a bit before I posted a review just to feel comfortable with the quality of Indy’s training. It’s now been about a month since Indy came home from Puppy Steps. And let me tell you, he is a one in a million dog! He’s still a puppy, so we still have some of the puppy challenges. But, the training he received is incredible. He is such a good boy. My dad even said “Maybe he’s too well trained.” I’m not sure what “too we’ll trained” means. But, I can tell you that everyone that meets him is impressed with his behavior. We’ve been taking him to restaurants, pet stores and other “puppypropriate” locations and we get all kinds of comments from strangers about how well behaved he is. I can’t thank Puppy Steps enough. Even more valuable than the obedience training is the socializ

I was honestly pretty nervous to drop off my brand new baby puppy. The whole drive, I was second-guessing my choices. Once I was in the facility, I was impressed. Very organized and clean! The staff were so friendly and excited to meet my pup. Skylar started working with Phillip right there. I was still sad to leave him, but feeling confident I made the correct choice. I have my own assignments to complete, I have an app that's updated with journal notes, photos, and video. Phillip is getting to experience 99% more than I could have done alone. So far, I'm very impressed and thankful.

We sent our young black lab Abigail to the training steps program, it took about 6 weeks and we did a demonstration and talk to us about how we should keep up on the training with the dog. The training was exactly everything they said and the dog did everything that they said the dog would do. Which has been a big help with having 2 young children in the house. At least get the training part of going outside and being in a kennel taken care of
