Very unprofessional and rude service, especially from the woman in purple scrubs who I believe is the owner, Shannon. When I arrived for my puppy’s 8:00 AM grooming appointment, I was asked what services I wanted, even though this should have already been documented from booking. When I explained I wanted a bath and trim, she questioned what I meant, rolled her eyes when I offered a reference photo, and appeared irritated — despite reference photos being a normal part of grooming communication. Although I had the first appointment, my puppy wasn’t finished until nearly 2:00 PM, and other dogs were taken before mine. Puppy paws is amazing 🤩 Shanna is my best friend, but I can also say the best groomer I ever worked with for years and her work ethic, Her quality of it is spectacular. She of course loves the fur babies with all her heart and takes the time needed to do the best grooms, I’m very proud of her and her business.
