Puppy Palace has the best groomers ever. My dog is highly anxious and somehow he absolutely loved his bath and grooming. He is sad at home when I try to bathe him, but he’s so happy to see his groomer. Nails…. He’s terrified if I try to do them at home, but Berto had him putting his paw up for getting them done. Then my boy stood up and gave his favorite groomer a hug before we left. There’s something extra special about this local grooming company. You would be lucky to have your dog cared for by such kind people who provide the most amazing services to our four legged babies.

Went to puppy Palace today with high hopes of my dogs looking amazing before we go on a vacation next week and instead I got half past chopped hair that looks so raggedy that I could’ve done it myself. Then, when I go to pay, they overcharged me for all of these things that I didn’t ask for and told me they had to do it and then try to up the And whenever I called them out, they finally lowered them yet. My dogs still look terrible. I’m so disappointed to spend $200 on grooming visits and this is the kind of results I get

Amazing work! We had only gotten our Shorkie groomed once in 6 years because of a bad experience when she was younger and thought we were doing fair at keeping her groomed at home. However, she would not let us cut her nails or her face. After talking with some people they recommended Puppy Palace. Very friendly and did an absolutely amazing job. She looks so adorable 😍

We are extremely pleased with services our dog receives at Puppy Palace. They are caring, compassionate and patient with our senior, anxiety ridden fur baby. Before coming here we had not taken her to a professional grooming service because of the trauma she experienced at a popular commercial pet store chain. Roberto, was kind,sensitive and gentle with our dog. It was evident he loves animals. He was even more patient and kind toward me. We were delightfully surprised when we didn’t get a call stating that she couldn’t be groomed, especially when another salon had recommend that she be heavily sedated or receive anesthesia to be groomed.As you can see from the photo she looks calm and relaxed at the end of her grooming session.
