Puppy Pad On The Hill

My Boomer came back smelling and looking like a million bucks. Definitely going back.

Puppy Pad has been a go to for our long-haired chiweenie who never can stay out of all things nasty and dirty. They have never failed to do a stellar job of making a dingy boy fluffy and cute again. Enzo has never come home acting stressed or depressed and we will continue to take whatever dogs we own here.

Irie is amazing. (Update: Irie is back at PetSmart on the south hill) We took our Bernese to her at her old location and moved to puppy pad on the hill when she started here. She is very patient and calm with dogs.

Have an 8 month old puppy that I took in for his first clip. He was pretty anxious. Had an appointment for 9 am. When I took him in they said it would take 2 to 3 hours because the groomer was "busy." So you don't really have an appointment. Your pup gets to sit in a kennel until they get to him. I was told they would call me when he was done. I called them after 2 and a half hours to see when he would be ready. He was done and sitting in the back with no phone call. After I got him home, I noticed his scrotum had been scalped and was bleeding and his rectum was in the same shape. No acknowledgement nor apology. Not what I expected for $97.00. I was pushed to schedule ongoing visits. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Wonderful!! Fast and easy scheduling, good communication, excellent at cleaning and trimming my dog, very professional and they do a great job.
