When I started working with Puppy Nums, their service was incredible. I met with one of the owners for a meet and greet with my dog to commence the 15-minute drop-in services. I work in healthcare so I am often gone for 18 hours daily. This company was a lifesaver. Fast forward about a year. I began noticing the 15-minute visits were getting shorter- becoming more like 7 and 5 minutes. I have an automatic code on my door so I can see when it is unlocked and relocked. I noticed the entire time of the visit was 5 minutes on multiple occasions. This baffled me as I paid for a 15-minute visit and thought "If I am only getting 1/3 of the service, I should only pay 1/3 of the price". I agree, Puppy Nums customer service is lousy. There are plenty of options in this town for the products and services they offer, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. First, my Golden and I did a meet-and-greet for boarding over the summer. When it was time to finalize arrangements, I asked the owner if a safety hazard had been fixed, and communication stopped. I left voice and text messages with no response, leaving us scrambling to find other arrangements. More recently, I placed an online order, which we still have not received. I have been given 4 delivery dates over 2 weeks with no follow-through. I have also offered to pick up multiple times, which has yet to be acknowledged. I have been a regular, local customer since “finding” their pop-up at the St. Petersburg Pier earlier

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Stole my money!! We have visited this store in person before, and my dog loved their treats! I ordered online while they had a 40% off deal and the coupon didn’t work. I reached out and they sent me a separate independent link to order (scam like) and so I ordered 4 bags of treats just for them to NEVER SEND THEM. Stole my money completely! 2 weeks go by, Reached out to customer service, they were rude and then later apologized and offered a voucher for our troubles and expedited shipping. 4 weeks go by and we still never got our order! This all happened in September and now it’s November and they still won’t refund my money or send treats. TERRIBLE!! Do yourself a favor and never order from this company.

Puppy Nums boarding services are excellent! We boarded our 1.5 year old hound mix with them for the July 4th weekend and were not disappointed. Their communication was great and they even sent us home with a bag of his favorite Puppy Nums treats. We will definitely board our dog with them again soon.

I first found Puppy Nums by going to the Pier. The person working there was really friendly and said I could take samples for my pup. My pup really liked the pumpkin bites so I ordered more via delivery. I ended up getting the wrong ones. They were so kind and let me keep the wrong ones and delivered the original order 5 days later. Thank you again!
