I have taken my yorkie, Phoebe, here for sometime now & this place is absolutely wonderful. Phoebe has really bad separation anxiety, so I only take her to get her nails/anals done & she takes me right then everytime without any problems and is very fast/so friendly. I will never take Phoebe anywhere else & will possibly start dropping her off for grooming soon, as she has now become so trusting of the people there. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a family like, trusting environment for your fur babies to be dropped off for grooming. ")")

We are taking our dogs here for the last couple of years. I have never appreciated how long they keep my dogs. We usually drop them off at 8 AM and they’re not ready till about one or two in the afternoon. I don’t think any dog should be left in a cage that long with somebody they don’t know. Today I dropped my dogs off at 10:45. It is almost 6 PM on Friday and they have advised that it will be at least another hour and a half or so. That’s completely unacceptable. If you know that it is going to take nine or 10 hours to complete a cut job and shampoo on someone’s dogs, you need to be very specific with them that you are going to keep them that long. We will be looking elsewhere for a groomer. I don’t have any problem with the way that they shampoo and cut the dogs. That’s perfectly fine b

Horrible. First and only visit. Starting off strong they failed to mention they are cash only. No big deal. But if you are going to be cash only you need to let your clients know. At first phone call or when dropping off the dogs. Now when it comes to the physical grooming. Hack job. My 5 year old could have had better cuts. Zero attention to detail. My dog is extremely well mannered and easy going. Never had a mean bone in his body. He has been to groomers all over without a single issue. When I show up to pick him up the groomer goes back to get him out of the kennel and immediately he gets up and pushes himself as far back as possible. Then proceeded to lift his lip at her. They are so good with baby girl. She is diabetic and losing her sight. So they always get her in & out quickly. They do a great job. I've never been desatisfied. The pricing is very good and affordable. I would highly recommend them.
